FAQs

Courier Software Questions, Answered

What is courier aggregator software?

Courier aggregator software lets sellers compare rates from several couriers, book, print labels and track parcels from one panel. The platform owner connects the courier accounts and earns a margin on every shipment. ShipHub is a ready-made version of this with web and Android apps.

Which couriers does it support?

The demo shows Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC, and Aramex is supported for domestic and international shipping. Each courier is a separate module, so adding another courier means building one integration rather than changing the platform.

Is there an Android app?

Yes. There is a merchant Android app for tracking shipments, store orders and support tickets with push notifications, and an admin Android app for running the business from your phone. The web panel also works on mobile browsers.

Does it connect to Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. Shopify has a built-in app and WooCommerce has a plugin. Wix, Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop are also supported, and a REST API covers anything else. Orders come in automatically and tracking goes back to the store.

How do I earn money with it?

You set a margin on top of the courier cost. There is a default margin for each courier, an optional custom margin for a single merchant, a fixed fee and a COD fee. Merchants pay the final price from a prepaid wallet and never see your cost.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

Merchants can book COD shipments with the fee shown upfront. The system tracks COD due, in transit and paid out, merchants choose payout to a bank account or to their wallet, and the admin can export remittance batches as CSV.

Does it have an API?

Yes. The REST API uses a bearer key for each merchant and supports rates, booking, shipment lookup, cancellation and pushing orders into the inbox, at up to 120 requests a minute per key.

Can it be branded and customised for my business?

Yes. We set it up with your brand name, logo, colours and domain, and can build extra features or connect more couriers for you.

Can I try it before I decide?

Yes. Open the live demo at couriership.dhatas.com to use the rate calculator, tracking page and merchant sign-up, and ask us for a guided walkthrough of the merchant and admin panels.

What do I need to launch?

A domain, business accounts with the couriers you want to offer (for example a Delhivery API token) and a payment gateway account for wallet recharges. We handle the deployment and configuration.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on branding, the couriers you connect and any customisation. Send us your requirements and we will share a clear quote after a short demo call.
