UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead design across our website, mobile app and software projects — from user research and wireframes through to polished, developer-ready UI.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile projects
• Run lightweight user research to validate flows before development
• Maintain and evolve design systems across client projects
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Present design work confidently to clients and incorporate feedback

Requirements

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally agency-side
• Strong portfolio showing web and/or mobile app design work
• Proficiency in Figma and standard design handoff practices
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility basics
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to clients
