ERP/CRM Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We implement and customise ERP/CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce and Odoo for clients. You'll lead process mapping, configuration and rollout so clients' teams actually adopt the new systems.

Responsibilities

• Map client sales, operations and support workflows before implementation
• Configure and customise ERP/CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo)
• Lead data migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems
• Train client teams and drive adoption post-launch
• Coordinate with developers for custom integrations where needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience implementing ERP or CRM platforms
• Hands-on configuration experience with Zoho, Salesforce or Odoo
• Strong process-mapping and requirements-gathering skills
• Comfortable leading client training sessions
• Basic understanding of APIs for system integrations
