Automation Engineer (Workflow & RPA)

About the Role

We help clients automate repetitive manual work — data entry, follow-ups, report generation — using tools like n8n and Zapier alongside custom scripts. You'll design and build these automations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Map client workflows to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Build automations using n8n, Zapier and custom Node.js/Python scripts
• Connect CRMs, spreadsheets, email and other business tools via APIs
• Test automations against real-world edge cases before rollout
• Monitor live automations and fix issues quickly

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Basic scripting ability in JavaScript or Python
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and webhooks
• Strong attention to detail — automations fail quietly if edge cases are missed
• Good client-facing communication to gather requirements
