AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We're building AI-powered chatbots, document processing tools and workflow automations for clients, and need an AI/ML Engineer to design and ship these features end-to-end — from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered features such as chatbots and document processing tools
• Fine-tune prompts, retrieval pipelines and evaluation for accuracy and cost
• Integrate AI features into client products via clean APIs
• Work with vector databases and embeddings for search and retrieval
• Stay current with LLM tooling and recommend the right approach per project

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like LangChain
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search and RAG pipelines
• Experience productionising AI features, not just prototypes
• Comfortable working directly with clients to scope AI use cases
